The space The Town House Unit(UNIT S) is inside NORTH 8 RESIDENCES, it is the Largest Townhouse Unit in the community and it is detached on one side from the rest. The House is clean, comfy, and nicely furnished. Equipped with amenities such as split air-conditioning on the Living Room, 6 Burner Gas Range, Percolator, Refrigerator, Microwave, Bread Toaster, 4K HD television, HD Cable TV, JBL SOUND Bar and Sub-woofer system, fibre optic wireless internet WIFI up to 200 mbps, a Canopied foyer with a dedicated Laundry Enclosure (no washing machine), Reasonably spaced parking. It also has a 3 separate toilet & bath with hot & cold shower, fresh towels, with MODERN shower glass enclosures and rain water shower system. The kitchen has complete set of cook wear, tools and cutleries to help you whip up that homemade meal, and a sleek and comfy kitchen bar table and bar stools for people on the go. There is also a Retractable Dining Table for 4 that can be assembled for a more comfy dining experience. The home has 2 Bedrooms at the second floor, the Masters has 1 double size bed and the Guest Room has a single bed with a pull out bed. All bedrooms have window A/C. The Living Room Sofa converts to a Double Bed and can fit additional two pax. The ground Floor Toilet has a Shower enclosure too. The So it's perfect for groups of 5 -6 or a family or two couples . If you want peace, quiet, a premium located house with that perfect ambiance, then this might be the property for you. Guest access You can access every area in the house except the Storage Room at the garage. While you can entertain guest in the house. House Parties and Sleep overs are not allowed/ or will be charged accordingly. This is a tight-knit town house residential community, Noise is requested to be minimized after 10 PM. GETTING TO THE HOUSE. Please make sure you install the following apps. 1. GRAB ( taxi , private car, parcel delivery and food) 2. MOVE IT ( motorcycle) 3. MAXIM ( taxi, and Motorcycle) 4. ANGKAS ( motorcycle) The traditional way to travel is via a "Habal Habal" a public utility motorcycle where you ride a bike with 2 or three passengers. They are usually available 24/7 and can drop you to the main road near the Guadalupe Barangay Hall. from the Barangay hall you can get Jeepney or Taxis to anywhere in the City. The Unit itself is also gated. HOUSEKEEPING This is a vacation home and if you are staying for a week or more, You may request for housekeeping from Ms .Erna at an extra charge. GARBAGE Garbage Collection is every FRIDAYS early morning. GUESTS are requested to Transfer their garbage bags inside the Huge BIN at the garage and Move it outside the Unit Gate for Garbage Collection every Thursday Night. Garbage Disposal is your responsibility. Note: There may be delays in garbage collections and the garbage truck arrive on the weekend. WIFI We have Fiber Optic WIFI facility that will be provide a 5G internet speeds up to 200 mbps. There are two routers one in ground and another one at the second floor to ensure REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT You will also be required to pay a security deposit upon a check in, to cover cost of damages to property ,appliances and decor. Upon Check out, we will Return the Deposit or the balance thereof in case of damages and/or loss. LAUNDRY The property does not have a WASHING MACHINE although there is a Dedicated Laundry Enclosure. There is a laundry mat at the entrance of the town house. They charge 350 PHP per load.
