It has a fully equipped open kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave (convection, replaces the traditional oven), kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker and blender. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning and a 43" LED TV The complex's amenities make it a unique place. Ideal for resting and enjoying all year round. 10' from Pilar center The space New fully-equipped apartment in a just completed building with amenities just 10 mins away from downtown Pilar and 40 mins north of B.A. The apt has a double bed is 1.90mtsx1.40mts and the single bed it's hidden under the TV:) It´s great for a couple, or a couple with a child. Wifi-TV 43” w/ chromecast. You have to download google home to connect. Wifi is also available in common spaces. SUM can be used as a workspace eventually. It has a complete kitchen full equipped with microwaves, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Microwaves is also with convection and can be used as oven. There is a laundry area that works with an app you can pay with credit card. Also works with money. Parking is available inside the building and it's included in the fee. Parking #1 For making reservations for the barbecues and SUM you should make a reservation through and app. SUM reservations are only available for long stays (more than 6.months) One of the three major polo cups that takes place in Argentina is at Tortugas Country Club, just a few kilometers from this spot. If you are a polo fan, this will be a great spot to stay. No pets allowee. Also many polo clubs are pretty close to the apt. Medical institutions: Hospital as Austral and Fleni are in the area. !!!!! For long stays (more than a month), please feel free to ask for an special price. No fridge till May 20th—— It´s a brand new building and also all the equipment at the apt is new;) We can ensure early check in and late check out closing the day before-after if it´s available for the time you make your booking but this will have half the fee of the nightly price. It may happen that no check in or check out it´s close to your stay in the last minute so in those cases we can coordinate it with no fee. Please ask me before booking.
