Guests will also enjoy abundant natural light in the space, stunning views from every room, this beach offers the best and all year-round sunset views 🌴☀️☁️ It has a terrace overlooking the beach where guests can enjoy a front row seat to the wonderful spectacle of sea views throughout the day, especially the magical golden hour. 🌅 The two bedrooms and the living room are all equipped with new inverter air conditioners. The living room have also ceiling fan. ❄️🍃 The location is unbeatable for dining or socializing in some of the best bars, restaurants, live music, exercising in the gym, attending yoga classes, sauna, hot and ice baths. ... and all on foot, without the need for transportation 🥗🍽️🧖‍♀️🧖🏻‍♂️🧘‍♀️🎷 If you need to work for a few hours between the peaceful sunrises and dreamy sunsets, the best coworking facilities on the island are also on Hin Kong Beach. 👨‍💻👩🏻‍💻 But if you don't want to move from your holiday home, we have provided a fast and stable internet connection to make video calls (or watch streaming movies). 💻 The bedrooms are comfortable and acoustically isolated from the outside. 🛏🛋🛀 Baan Chom-Ley is equipped with other details that our guests appreciate, such as a huge bathtub overlooking the sea in the master bathroom, a move able smart TV 65 inches in the living room, books or board games to enjoy with family or friends. 🛁🖥️🎲 Other things to note LOCATION: 🏝️ Our property is located in the beautiful and remote area of Koh Phangan. While the island offers a peaceful, nature-rich experience, there are a few things we want our guests to be aware of during their stay. THE BEACH: 🏝️ Hin Kong is a beautiful beach with stunning sunsets and a huge, quiet and safe space to play, walk and hang out. NOTE! Most of the year the sea tide is too low for swimming in Hin kong! We would like our guests to be aware of this in advance. But there is nearby beaches where is possible to swim within a 5-10 minute drive. July to December (during high tide) sea level it fills in more and is easier to swim directly at the villa during that period. ELECTRICITY:⚡️ Please note that, on occasion, the public electricity supply in Koh Phangan may experience temporary outages. This is infrequent but beyond our control. We encourage guests to be prepared for this possibility. ALL INCLUDED: 🌱⚡️💧 We do not charge separately for cleaning, electricity and water (but we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditionings and lights when you are not at home) If electricity and water usage exceeds necessity, an additional fee will be charge. CLEANING: 🧹🧺 During your stay, cleaning will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Unless your check-in and check-out is 1 day before). Bedsheets will be changed every 3-5 days depending on the length of your stay. INSECTS: 🦋 As a tropical island, Koh Phangan is home of many insects, including mosquitoes. Our property is surrounded by not just ocean but trees and nature, which may attract insects and mosquitoes, especially in outdoor areas. We recommend bringing insect repellent to ensure a comfortable stay. And do not leave the door open as mosquitoes may enter the Villa.
