MyFlat Wave Estrellita apartment is located on the golden beach of Siófok in Wave Residential Park, 50 meters from the free beach. The residential park is located directly by the water, 2 heated pools with a strained water mirror between the two buildings. Exiting the gate of the residential park, we can enjoy the heat of the summer sun right on the free beach. The modern, newly built, fully equipped apartment is perfect for couples and smaller families. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of building "B" of the newly built Wave Residential Park. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with an American kitchen with a sofa bed and two bathrooms. The apartment awaits dear Guests with clean, modern furniture, mechanized, equipped, kitchen. (Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, hob). From its comfortable terrace, we have a wonderful view of Lake Balaton and the pools. All rooms of the apartment are air-conditioned, free wi-fi access, and we provide 1 parking space for our guests in the underground garage. There is a spacious pool in the courtyard of the building for our Guests to use unrestricted (according to opening hours). We kindly remind our guests that the pool is closed from September 24 to 2026 May 31, 2025. Extras: outdoor heated pool with strained water, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, direct waterfront, private balcony with panoramic views of the pool, free parking in the designated area. Guest access The apartment can only be used by our Guests. Other things to note Guests over the age of 18 are required to pay a tourist tax in Hungary, which we would ask you to pay upon arrival. The amount is 1.8 Euro/person/night.
