You can enjoy the convenience of secure parking within the premises or take advantage of free public parking just outside the house. You’ll also have complete privacy during your stay – come and go as you wish, with easy access to local attractions. No party , BBQ or Events is allowed. 2. Lost Keys RM100 charge for each lost key. Please provide a photo or video showing the keys returned to the lockbox at check-out as proof. 3. Guest Limit Maximum of 10 guests. Exceeding the limit may result in a cancelled stay with no refund. 4. Check-in & Check-out Check-in after 3pm, check-out before 11am. Early check-ins or late check-outs (RM50 per hour) must be arranged in advance, subject to availability. 5. Respect the Property (Save the electricity) Always switch off the aircons and electrcity before go out. 6. Drinking Excessive drinking is prohibited. Lost or damaged items will be charged via Airbnb. 7. Prohibited Activities Smoking, drug use, and illegal activities are strictly forbidden. 8. Cooking Light cooking only. 9. No Durian Durian is not allowed inside the premises. 10. Furniture Do not move furniture. A RM100 fee will apply if furniture needs to be rearranged after check-out.
