The studio is located in a 5-star luxury building by the sea, providing a great view of Ha Long Bay. You will have the private beach block to relax of A la Carte. We have two apartments in this Place. You will be accommodated in 1 of these 3 apartments. Furniture as shown. The two units differ slightly in terms of dishes, dining table and chair sets, desks due to being purchased at different times. The space The apartment next to the beach is located in a 5-star standard complex with full facilities such as bathtub, shower, TV, sofa, kitchen, washer dryer,.... help you feel comfortable as at home. Guest access The following amenities you have the right to use but the service price is not included in the room price. You will pay directly to A La Carte if you use: - Indoor, outdoor swimming pool - rooftop (with cold season outdoor swimming pool will be closed ) - Spice Spa - On Fit Gym - Dream mart convenient supermarket - Coffee shop 60o - Ice cream bar - European style Marche diner - Kids playing area. Other things to note ● Parking: Around the building, you can park your car completely for free. In the building there are 2 levels of parking in the basement (with a fee). The cost for one car is 20k VND (~1 USD)/1 block/120 minutes. Motorbike VND 5000/day. Bicycle 3,000 VND/day (from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM). ● Backyard: The backyard is not fenced at all and is shared with the other units. ● Beach: Summer 6AM-6.30PM Winter 7AM-6PM. In a safe restricted area allowed by buoys and boundary flags. ● Hot water in the apartment: After you enter the room, you need to wait without flushing for 40 - 60 minutes for the water to heat up as the water needs time to boil. ● Laundry: You can use the washing and dryer machines right in the apartment. All are at your disposal for free. We have prepared extra detergent for your use. ● In order to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please keep the volume down after 10:00 PM. There may be noise as there are many other units on the property.
