Our city center location is advantageous because it provides quick access to a number of tourist destinations and dining options along Tamansiswo Street, including TEMPO GELATO, Royal Palace (KRATON), and 10 minutes from MALIOBORO & only 5 minutes to PRAWIROTAMAN (tourist's heaven) The space We have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed size and the other with two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioners. One single bathroom with a shower and water heater also. The kitchen is equipped with simple cooking tools such as gas stoves, frying pans, toaster, refrigerator and rice cookers. And we have a backyard to hang around with family. Guest access Any space can be used. Other things to note Your quiet time should be between 11pm - 7am. We would appreciate it if you turn down the noise between these times. No party is allowed in this homestay. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room (only allowed in the front or backyard). Also Strictly no pets, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, and any form of prostitution are not permitted.
