The space Our 63 m2 sunny apartment is located on the 15th floor, with incredible views of the city from the bedroom and the living room. It is decorated with a boho-modern style that we are sure you will enjoy. The apartment has one bedroom with TV (Netflix included) blackout curtains, 1.5 bathrooms (nice and big shower), balcony, equipped kitchen, dining table and comfortable living room. Great space to work, and rest (quiet surroundings) and fast WiFi (Netlife - 100Mbps ) If you need to make laundry, washers and dryers area available 24/7 in the mezzanine of the building (coin operated) Edificio Atelier is very well located in one of the best neighborhood of the city. The amazing plus is that you will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room every day to relax after your activities in the city. In the same way, you will have access to the gym, and a rooftop terrace. Quito is a wonderful city, and I assure you that staying in our home will be perfect for you. It is centrally located and safe place where you can reach all touristic sites easily and quickly. Also, you will reach the airport in about 35 - 40 minutes by car.
