Kabayod Place is a fully fence area and gated, It is a newly built Villa with a mix of native and concrete materials, it offers four (4) villas, each Villa has 2 rooms with own access to give complete privacy, each room has its toilet and bathroom, each room has its balcony where you can relax, taking coffee. it is located at Pob.5 General Luna, Siargao, few minutes away to top attractions, Cloud 9 surfing spot, restaurants, bars, all within 5 min by motorbike. The space Privacy is paramount in our space. Each of our rooms has a window-type Aircon and is designed to accommodate two guests comfortably, featuring a comfy Queen-size bed, side table, working table, and clothes rack, with a chill vibe room design and a balcony. There is also a reception area where you can order breakfast at just 100 pesos per guest. For guests opted to prepare meals by themselves a Common kitchen where you can prepare meals is available, barbecue pit is also available. Each Villa has a white sand pathway and a garden. The garden is planted with flowers, bamboo, greenery plants and herbs plants to keep away insects. For a stress-free check-in, we recommend getting organised transportation from and through Sayak airport by a tourist van - we are happy to arrange this for you as our villa can be a little tricky to find when coming for the first time! The Tourist Van fare is 350 pesos per person. For Guest opted to self drive or arrange their own transportation, the place land mark is Baptist Church, Poblacion 5 General Luna. To navigate, Please search baptist church at google map, there is a KBAYAOD PLACE sign board. Getting around the Island by scooter or car rental is the best way (and a fun way!) to experience the island! Also to note, we are around a 7-minute walk from the back road (tourism road), so we do recommend a scooter/car rental for your stay.Scooter rental is 350 pesos per day. We are happy to welcome you after 2 pm - if you require an earlier check-in time, please feel free to let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Free wifi with Starlink Internet with 3 routers is available making whole area internet coverage. The Water supply to the Villa is from a deep well and it comes through three stages natural filtration using rock, sand and charcoal though it is not recommended for drinking. For drinking water, guests can opted to buy commercially filtered water (20litres) for just 40 pesos at the reception area. For guests start up, we provide bath soap, shampoo, tissue and 2 bath towels.Extra linen and towels are provided for 3-day stays or more. We offer daily housekeeping as well with a 200 pesos charge. We also offer laundry service at 60 pesos per kilo. We offer Surfing lesson and actual surfing at famous surfing location (cloud 9). Surf board and Surf Instructor is included at 1500 per hour. We have our water tanks so there will always be water but the pressure may not always be strong. Please note, that the road leading to the villa is unpaved and a bit bumpy (and muddy during rainy season) part of island life, and sadly beyond our control. There is a shower area outside the Villa where you can refresh and clean yourself from your island adventure. We emphasized reminding guests not to throw tissue paper onto the toilet bowl to avoid blockage, please follow these rules to avoid penalty.
