We are located minutes to the most beautiful and exclusive strip of beachfront, with crystalline turquoise water and white sand beaches. Our condo residence is located in a nice residential area with 24 hours security and offers a large outdoor *Heated Pool* with lounge chairs. It’s all about location and we are in the heart of it! Virtual Concierge service available during business hours 9am to 5pm Unit features: 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size beds & a sofa bed to sleep an extra person. The entire apartment space is yours. Each bedroom has an adjacent private Full Bathroom with a walk in shower Full closet space in both rooms, one dresser and one safety deposit box. * work space* One pull out desk ( laptop friendly) * and an office chair. There is a 1/2 bathroom off of the living room area. In the master bedroom there is a sliding glass door with a screen that leads to your own private terrace complete with chairs. Walk out on to the terrace and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or sip back on a Margarita in the late afternoon. Each of the rooms in the unit has ceiling fans and air conditioning with remotes to control your desired temperature. The living room is spacious and has a flat screen T.V. offering local and American channels. Free WiFi High speed internet The sofa in the living room sits 5 people and also has a pull out couch to sleep an extra person. The dining area sits 6 people. Off of the dining area you will find a sliding glass door with a screen that leads to your very own private terrace which over looks the lush garden area and pool. A few steps up from your unit you will find your own *Private Patio with a Jetted tub and 2 lounge chairs. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven and stove. Full fridge, blender, microwave , coffee maker ,cookware and dishware. We supply linens and towels as well as 4 fold up beach chairs Private washing machine and clothes dryer (free of charge). Everything in our unit has been sanitized and disinfected according to Global health Standards. We offer one assigned parking space free of charge. We are located within a 5 minute walk to 5th avenue (La Quinta) followed by the beach. One block to the Italian deli followed by ½ a block to the Mega supermarket ATM machines, Mexican restaurants, Dacs, Vegan restaurants, pharmacies and more. For your convenience there is a shaded area by the pool in the palapa hut. His and her washroom and an outdoor pool shower We are close to everything in the heart of playa and not to far from theme parks and ferry docks servicing transportation from playa and Cozumel. 5th ave. offers nightly entertainment, shops and restaurants offering international and local cuisine. We ask for a refundable $550.00 security deposit via credit card after your reserve with air bnb via bank or interact trasnfer. This is a separate transaction as we do Not charge tax for a security deposit. From this deposit we deduct a one time exit cleaning fee of $75.00 usd. The remaining funds will be refunded to you on your departure date providing there are no damages to the unit Government issued i.d. required at check in We do not accept falsified reservations All renters must abide by rules and condo regulations There is no subleasing allowed. If caught subleasing the tenants will be evicted with no refund. Check in time is from 3pm to 8pm as we do not have staff avaiable after 8pm. You may check in before 3pm if the unit is clean * available. Check outs are from 8am to 11am
