The space Very suitable for a single or couple looking for a base for exploring the local area or perhaps visiting for work. Wi-Fi is included along with a connected SMART TV to watch all your favourite programmes. The kitchenette has been carefully planned so that you can prepare and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner or simply make a hot drink or poor a glass of something to enjoy sat out on the patio. The south facing aspect soaks up the sun and provides a view of the adjacent lawns. Laundry facilities for washing and drying are included and easily accessible. There's an allocated parking space for one vehicle just a short distance away, additional spaces may be available. Don't forget a real added bonus of your stay is access to the nearby country club where you will have FREE use of the leisure facilities including their wonderful Aqua Spa. A Gas BBQ is provided during the main summer months. Please note we are unable to accept pets in this property. Guest access The home will be yours for the duration of the stay. In addition to the properties outside patio space you will be able to access the whole of the Crylla Valley estate with landscaped gardens, large lawn areas for all to enjoy, a woodland walk and wildlife meadow. Other things to note Whilst staying at Crylla Valley you will be full leisure members at the local China Fleet Golf & Country Club. Entitling guests to FREE unlimited use of the Swimming Pool, Wet Spa, Racquet Sports, Gym and Exercise classes. As members you will also be entitled to 20% discount on all food & drink, the Spa Treatments in the Barn & Golfing at the Club is also reduced. Discounts may vary and age restrictions apply. The China Fleet Golf & Country Club PL12 6LJ, is less than 4 miles from Crylla Valley, just a short 8 to 10 minute drive in the car and very easy to find. Turn left on A39 from Notter Bridge. Continue on before taking the 2nd exit at Carkeel roundabout. Turn left onto the slip road, just before the Saltash tunnel, continue up to the traffic lights. Then turn left into Old Ferry Road and immediately left again into Glanville Terrace. Continue straight along the road, past the golf course, until you reach China Fleet car park on your right.
