Welcome to Hofgassenhaus Limun – a lovingly renovated 18th-century house in the heart of the festival town of Mörbisch am See, combining historic charm with modern living comfort. It was restored in 2024 with a lot of passion and attention to detail, always preserving the unique charm of the old building structure. Enjoy an unforgettable temporary home and discover the beauty of Burgenland around Lake Neusiedl. The space The Hofgassenhaus Limun offers you everything you need for a relaxed and carefree stay on one level. The cottage has a full bedroom, as well as a pull-out couch in the living area as an additional sleeping option. The cozy living and dining area invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A coffee machine, fridge, and all the essentials for self-catering are at your disposal. The modern bathroom completes the room layout. Air conditioning in the summer and underfloor heating in the cooler months ensure comfortable temperatures in all seasons. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and a flat-screen TV provides entertainment. For rainy days or cozy evenings, there is also a small selection of books and board games as well. A free parking space right next to the house makes getting here particularly easy. As an added highlight, you will find a quiet inner courtyard with a table and an umbrella – perfect for a relaxed morning or balmy summer evenings. Your four-legged friends are welcome here. For dogs, there are food bowls and a cozy dog blanket available, so that your pet also feels comfortable from the start. For stays with pets, there is an additional fee of EUR 27.50 per pet. Guest access Check-in is contactless and flexible – you can arrive at any time from 3 p.m. without having to wait for us. The key safe is located right by the main entrance, to the left of the front door. You will receive the access code 2 days before your arrival. In the key safe you will then find the key to your apartment.
