Stand alone Roatan Island Style home located in the heart of west End with 3 bedrooms2 bathrooms A/C throughout just a short4 minutes walk from our home you have Beach ,dive shops, street food , snorkeling, restaurants, bars , convenience stores,activities ,fruit stands atm, No shoes, no Shirt, no Problem !! Grab a towel and let's go to the Beach!!! Live, Laugh, eat , drink , dive or just relax like a Roatan Local ! The space Stand alone home located in West End walk to Everything ,Air conditioner throughout ceiling fans , 2 bathrooms with hot & cold water, wifi ,tv. Spacious rap around porch with Hammocks eating area calling your name! looking at the lush Tropical vegetation. Kitchen with gas stove ,appliances pots and pans and utensils for cooking. Master bedroom with its own in suite bathroom. 1 shared bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms 4 beds total , (1 king 3 queens) washer/dryer Parking,must climb stairs Guest access Guest have access to the entire house You Will not feel cramp in this Island style vacation home Other things to note Rates do not include electricity. Electricity is at additional cost . *in order to provide a reasonable rate to everyone If energy aware and use A/C only at night,and when necessary, I have seen guest use from $18- $25 day (keep in mind this can vary )Usage will be determine by taking pic of Electric meter reading at Check-In and Check Out to determine usage (Host and guest ) Tips :Turn of ac when leaving the home or when you don’t need a/c The ac units that the home has are split units this means you can turn the ac of individually Host requires a Security Deposit for the Electricity of $250 paid in cash to host at Check In by guest no other form of payment is accepted Cost for each kilowatts used is $0.40 We subtract check In meter reading from check out reading then multiply by $0.40 that tells us what is owed ,amount is taking out of the deposit and change given back to guest at check out The home has washer and dryer, please bring the detergent of your choice. Very Important about the Wifi there is no such thing as steady Wifi on Roatan Island (we have electricity outages some are planned or it just happens with out warnings keep In mind if electricity goes of or WiFi fiber that's provides Wifi service to our home is cut or damage we suffer lost of service be prepared it can happen we urge you to have data on your phone. And we’re not responsable for lost of service of this nature Once we’re aware of the lost of service I will contact service provider and do all that is necessary to restore service Home has the following starter kit of toiletries /things for your use 4rolls of toilet paper, 10 gallon of purified drinking water, salt , black pepper, hand soap, dish washing liquid once starter kit is finished All other toiletries /things is at guest expense
