The fully equipped kitchen boasts a butler's pantry and a large servery opening to the patio and pool area, making al fresco dining a breeze. Float in the pool or rest in the pool house thoughtfully furnished for couples, featuring a queen-sized bed, lounge with a TV, bathroom and a kitchen. In the main house, you’ll find unparalleled comfort in three beautifully appointed bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Each ensuite has walk-in showers, ideal for freshening up post-swim. The ocean-inspired primary and green-hued second bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds whereas the third bedroom has split king singles, which can be combined into a king bed upon request. The primary bedroom comes with a walk-in wardrobe, while the two other rooms offer a dedicated workspace for some remote work or study. Relax in the TV room fitted with a double sofa bed ensuring everyone has a cosy place to sleep. This villa is complete with two separate restrooms—a powder room in the main house and a toilet serving the poolside area, a large laundry room, and secure parking for two vehicles in the carport. For stays over 14 nights, please note the additional mandatory fees: - Cleaning Bond: $600 to cover deep cleaning after your stay. - Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $475 per cleaning.
