Apartment and building facing the sea, with incredible views, 1 parking space in the condominium (included in the daily rate), very spacious apartment with large rooms, including kitchen, laundry and living rooms. The building also has beach service and a sun umbrella. Great option for large families and friends. There are also 2 extra parking spaces in a building with 24-hour security on Av. Leomil, a 12-minute walk from the apartment (70.00/day/space) The space The apartment has very spacious rooms, there are two large rooms (dining and living) integrated with the balcony, next to these rooms we have the first en-suite, overlooking the sea. In the hallway that leads to the bedrooms, we have an en-suite and two more bedrooms on the right side, and on the other side a large and spacious kitchen and laundry room. At the end of the apartment, we have a last small en-suite that was the old maid's room. Other things to note The condominium has limited the number of guests to a total of 12 people (adults or children). Unfortunately, we are unable to make any exceptions, nor do we charge fees to accommodate more people.
