This apartment for four people is located in the basement and is accessible via its own entrance. The living area consists of a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds and offer access to the terrace. The bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, rain shower and sauna with an integrated infrared area is your private wellness oasis. The second bathroom offers a toilet and a shower. Four newly built modern and high-quality furnished holiday suites await you in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village with a magnificent view over Zwiesel and the mountains of the middle Bavarian Forest. The suites with one or two bedrooms and each with their own wellness area offer ideal conditions for both an active and a relaxing vacation. In the immediate vicinity, many well-signposted hiking and cycling tours as well as cross-country trails for all requirements and difficulty levels start. The Great Arber and the cross-country skiing center Bretterschachten with its many winter sports facilities can be reached in a few minutes. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and tennis hall are only 3 km away. Also e-bike rental and riding opportunities. In less than 10 minutes you can reach the scenic golf park Oberzwieselau (green fee discount for our guests), in 25 minutes the versatile golf course on the Rusel and within an hour's drive many other golf courses. Right by the house are covered car ports with a charging station for your e-car, as well as a lockable bicycle room. When building and furnishing the Rabenstein suites, we placed great emphasis on environmental protection and sustainability. Heating is provided by a modern air heat pump and the energy supply is ensured by its own photovoltaic system. Saunas and whirlpools are state-of-the-art and low-consumption. Our apartments are allergy-friendly. Each apartment has a ventilation system for the supply of filtered fresh air even with closed windows. Our bedding is suitable for allergy sufferers. For your stay, we provide high-quality hand, bath and sauna towels as well as cozy bathrobes. Our kitchens are equipped with high-quality appliances. You will also find a basic set of spices, vinegar/oil, a small tea selection and a filled coffee machine. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available.
