Comfy clean Suite Apt. in the north of Guayaquil

Welcome to our small suite :) Our Neighborhood is safe to walk 5-10 minutes away walking distance to: 2 big malls, local food restaurants, beauty spa for man, women, bakery, grocery stores. Location: North. 10 min from the airport, 15-20 from bus station. Languages: english/spanish Transportation service under request Laundry service under request Microwave, fridge & Coffee maker available Kitchen available over 1 week stay A small park next to the suite The space It's small but clean, minimalist, and it is close to many services. It is inside of a neighborhood with few noise during the day, much less than hotel areas, it is safe to walk, you can ask food services to the house, or order a private taxi. And if you want to have contact with nature, you can sit outside in the small park of the neighborhood during the day. Guest access After booking, please contact me through whatssap to make sure you have the precise address with GPS, to avoid getting lost or that the taxi fool you, going around and around. The suit is located in the back part of the main house, but it has direct access to the suite. You don't need to enter the main house. They can use of all the suit, except the kitchen to cook, but they can use the microwave, the coffee machine, the fridge. The kitchen is only for guests staying over a week. We need to coordinate in order to give you the keys. We don't live there. Other things to note We don't have dogs, in the house or the suit. Our neighbor does, but they only bark when she arrives after work. The garbage truck passes for a few minutes around 8pm.
