The LG kitchen appliances are brand new as are the washer and dryer. The backyard offers a brand new over-sized heated pool with plenty of lanai space for the lounge chairs and table and chairs. You'll find beach toys in the garage along with life jackets for three children. While you are hanging out by the pool, connect your iPhone or Galaxy to the Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker provided by the owners to round out your enjoyment poolside. The property itself boasts all types of fruit trees and you are encouraged to go out in the morning to pick banana or star fruit for breakfast and lemons and limes for your "Five o'clock somewhere" adult beverages. The interior and exterior of the home have been recently painted with accordion shutters on all windows and doors for storm protection and an alarm and fire alarm system for added security. This is an ideal location for beach and boating lovers and is close to the many fine restaurants ( within a mile of 8 of the top 10 ranked restaurants in Bonita Springs ), shopping and entertainment venues.
