Easy access to local attractions The space Nestled at the heart of town, our place is very accesible to the biggest supermarket in El Nidox (Prince Hypermart), we are 3 mins drive from the Bacuit Beach, 10 minutes drive to Vanilla Beach, and a minute walk to souvenir shops. Our place has a spacious and well ventilated living room and dining area, a private balcony, kitchen equipped with light cooking equipments, an air conditioned bedroom, 6 single sized bunk beds and 4 double sized bunk beds, a separated toilet room and a hot and cold shower room. We have enhanced our facility to ensure comfort and meet the demands and satisfaction of our guests. Guest access Then entire 65 sqm unit is for guests to enjoy and explore except for a room which has a note saying, AUTHORIZE PERSONNEL ONLY, this room is locked and our stock room. We offer laundry services thus prohibiting laundry activities in the place. Cleaning materials like brooms and mops, they can be found at the storage cabinet in the kitchen. Other things to note Before leaving the place, please: -Turn things off (lights, aircondition, unplug chargers, make sure faucets are off, kitchen equipments are unplug like rice cooker, heater or the stove) -always clean your dishes or secure your foods and stocks to not attract bugs and pests like rats in the place. -No Laundry in the area, we provide laundry services for only 70 pesos per kilo. - Smoking is only allowed in the living room and prohibits inside of bedroom. -Please respect quite time, 11:00 PM TO 7:00 am -Before checking out, please double check your belongings -------------------- El Nido oftentimes experience electrical outtage around 20 minutes or hours later before restored. Bare with us through times like this since our residency is 15 minutes away from the establishment.
