The holiday home is reached via a jetty that juts out into the harbour basin - this is where the holiday feeling high up in the north begins. Once inside, you immediately find yourself in the relaxation area of the house. Here you will find the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the Finnish sauna with a view of the harbour. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed, from here you can access the first, wrap-around terrace. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, you can watch the harbour cinema directly from your bed, even in bad weather, without having to get wet yourself. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and maintains the holiday feeling with maritime pictures and decorations. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the bathroom with a floor-level shower and Finnish sauna. From here, too, you have a view of the colourful hustle and bustle of the harbour. A staircase leads to the upper floor, the centrepiece of the apartment. An open-plan living and dining area with included kitchen and dining area surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows brings the holiday feeling to life once again. Spacious, flooded with light, with wooden elements and decorated in warm colours, the perfectly equipped kitchen is a joy to cook in. The living area draws the eye with its colourful leather armchairs and comfortable sofa and you immediately want to make yourself comfortable in front of the Smart TV. The terrace adjoining the living area is another highlight. Here, the whole family has space for a hearty breakfast with breathtaking sunrises. But it doesn't end here. An external staircase leads from this terrace to terrace number 3, high up on the roof of the house, where the view sweeps across the harbour to the Baltic Sea and the Schlei. You can't get a better view of the Schlei! You can arrive either by land or by sea. In addition to a private car parking space, there is a boat mooring directly adjacent to the holiday home. Our favourite spot: taking a break on the roof terrace in the blue sky and sunshine and listening to the seagulls. Please note that OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction. Due to the houses under construction, the outdoor area and the building density can change constantly and deviate from the photos shown. The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation, further discounts are excluded. Can comfortably fit up to 4 people Other things to note Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
