Within a radius of 30 km there are very nice excursion areas such as the Sauerland with its many reservoirs or the "green" Ruhr area with its beautiful half-timbered houses such as Herdecke on Lake Harkort or Lake Hengstey. The accommodations are four apartments with a size of 44 m² to 55 m² with a total of eight rooms in a size of 13 m² to 19 m². The furnishing is modern in industrial style. You will sleep on high-quality box spring beds (1.20 m x 2.00 m). All rooms have fast Internet (Wi-Fi) and HD TV. The kitchen / eat-in kitchen is fully equipped. There is a coffee machine (pads), stove, microwave, hot air fryer, kettle, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination. Washing machine, dryer and a drying room are located in the basement. Parking spaces assigned to the apartments are right outside the front door. The bathroom/toilet is bright and friendly (daylight) and equipped with a modern shower cubicle. The apartments were fully renovated in spring 2024 and are therefore in excellent condition. As these are "non-smoking apartments," smoking is only allowed outside the front door (smoking area) or on the outside terrace (apartment 2).
