This comfortable, modern apartment is an ideal choice for couples or sightseers who want to stay close to the bustle of the city, yet relax in a quiet environment. Bedroom The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and hotel-quality bedding, providing a quiet environment for a relaxing sleep. Kitchen The kitchen is well equipped: although there is no oven, everything else is provided to put together your favorite meals or a quick breakfast. Bathroom The bathroom is stylish and cozy, a perfect choice for a refreshment after a long day. Equipment and comfort The apartment also has a washing machine, hairdryer and ironing facilities, so everyday tasks can be easily handled. Guest access The entire apartment is for your exclusive use, so you don't have to share it with anyone. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. However, the brightness of the apartment is satisfying. Please note that by booking this apartment, you accept our house rules: - You need to download an app to get the apartment codes - check-in is at 3 p.m. - Check-out is at 10:00 - no partying - No smoking in the apartment (smoking is allowed in the common corridor) The fine can be up to 100 euros - No noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel/guest (if you want more towels, it can be arranged for an extra fee.) - No equipment (including towels) may be taken from the apartment. If the guest violates this policy, he/she will have to pay a damage deposit, especially if the item taken is damaged. Feel free to let us know if you need an airport transfer.
