Naxos Aristocratic Villa is a 7-minute drive from the Port of Naxos and a 10-minute drive from the Airport. It is a quiet, comfortable and fully equipped house, ideal for families and friends, with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and Naxos Town! The space Having parked your vehicle in the villa's parking lot, you climb a few stairs to enter. The first area you come across is the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. On the same floor you will find the first and second bedroom, a bathroom and a small room with the washing machine. There are 2 balcony doors (1 in each bedroom) leading to their own balconies, while the patio with the garden, the private pool, sun loungers, the BBQ and the outdoor table are accessible from the main entrance. Going up, the internal staircase leads to the second floor, where you will find 1 bedroom with its own bathroom and 2 balcony doors leading to the upper courtyard overlooking the sea. This area also includes the private hot tub and some outdoor furniture. Other things to note Air conditioning is available in all 3 bedrooms and the living room of the villa. Also, the 4 TVs have internet access.
