Maison Angelina, an elegant holiday house, is located in Grumo Appula, in the province of Bari, ideal for visiting the wonderful region of Puglia. It is only 20km from Bari, 15km from Karol Wojtyla International Airport, 35k m from Matera, 30km from Castel del Monte, 45km from the trulli of Alberobello and 35km from Polignano a Mare. Easily accessible by public transport: 200 metres to the bus stop, 10 minutes' walk to the FAL station and 20 minutes' walk to the Trenitalia station. The space Maison Angelina has the latest technologies for living comfort, for a lower environmental impact, also through the choice of recovering vintage furniture and giving it new life. Equipped with two bedrooms, one double and the other French. The house can accommodate 4 people. The entire house has an underfloor cooling/heating system equipped with a ducted dehumidification system in order to obtain maximum comfort during the stay. The living area with table, sofa and kitchen has a traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer and dishes to be able to cook and eat if desired. Coffee capsules, herbal teas and tea are provided. A bathroom with walk-in shower, suspended sanitary ware and wall-mounted hairdryer completes the accommodation. Courtesy sets will also be provided, which include shower caps and hygiene products. To complete the elegant house, a balcony that completely surrounds the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed outside the house (balcony), where you can find an ashtray. Children are welcome and a cot can be requested for €20. You can park your car for free on the street. Guest access The house is located on the first floor, accessed via stairs with a separate entrance. Other things to note Maison Angelina was born from the desire to make you feel at home. We wanted to design a cosy place, with a vintage and modern, yet elegant style, providing guests with everything that can be found in a comfortable home. Children are welcome.
