The entire space has stone flooring which keeps everything cool throughout the year. Enjoy a modern bathroom that has a standing/sitting shower with natural rainfall and adjustable power jets. A large closet off the main bedroom contains lots of storage space as well as a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and a number of utensils. Both bedrooms have air purifiers that run consistently for those that are sensitive to coastal climates. If you want to enjoy the beach I can provide towels, boogie boards, umbrella and cooler. Ocean Beach is located under the San Diego International Airport Flight Path. The home is insulated against sound, and the airport quiet hours extend from 11:30pm to 6:30am. Ample street parking is usually available and most guests can park directly in front providing an easy entry and exit. Walk down to your private outdoor space through a locked gate.
