Welcome to Yufuin Utsunomiya. Construction of my house finished on July. It's differ from Hotels. Compare to hotels, My house is completely private with Outdoor Hot spring. This is new style of trip with Private house Utsunomiya is very close to station and it surrounding by rice fields. You can see mountains and rice fields from Out door Hot spring. 11 mins away from Yufuin station on foot. Please bring your own essential items for them with you. If you require towels and amenities for your child/children, please count them as adult guests when making a booking. Children 7 years of age and above are not eligible for free accommodation. If your child/children are 7 years of age or above, please count them as adult guests. Amenities and towels will be prepared for them. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions 1. Can I leave my luggage in the accommodation? 　➡︎ You can not leave your luggage in the accommodation before checking in or after you have checked out. 2. What kind of amenities will be prepared ? ➡︎ Each guest will have 1 face towel and 1 bath towel. You will only have 1 toothbrush during your stay. 3. If I stay multiple nights, will the rooms get cleaned, and also will the amenities be replaced? ➡︎ During your stay, the room will not be cleaned, nor the amenities be replaced. 4. Will there be any pajamas provided? ➡︎ Please bring your own pajamas with you. 5. Will there be any seasonings provided? ➡︎ For food safety reasons, I will not provide any seasonings in the kitchen. ※Please do not grill meat or cook hot pot or other dishes that produce a lot of smoke inside. 6. Is there free wifi in the accommodation? ➡︎ Yes, there is. Please find the SSID and the password in the information booklet inside the accommodation. 7. How should I separate my garbage? ➡︎ Please separate your garbage into burnable garbage, unburnable garbage, plastic bottles, cans/glass bottles. There are bins designated for each category. 8. Is BBQ allowed? ➡︎ BBQ is not allowed. Please refrain from barbecuing anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors. The wooden deck on the terrace is particularly flammable. Please note that if any signs of BBQ use are found, a special cleaning fee(20,000JPY) and/or compensation for damages may be charged. Self-check in and out will be carried out on a non-face-to-face basis. We will send you a message with the pre-check-in URL 5 days before your stay,which you will be required to compelte. When you arrive on your check in day, please check yourself in using the iPad inside. ・Check-in becomes avilable at 3pm. ・Electronic locking system in place and no physical keys provided. Passcode for the electronic locking device ・Style: 4 digit ・Sent to: the email address you registered with the booking site when you made your booking. ・Sending time: Between 2 and 3pm of your check in day. Regarding the use of the kitchen Thank you for staying at my accommodation. Please cooperate with us by washing the dishes, cutleries and cooking utencils that you used and putting them back to their original places. Thank you for your cooperation. For food safety reasons, food seasonings such as salt and pepper will not be provided. Towels We will provide one towel/bath towel for each person. *One ticket per person regardless of the number of nights. Additional services will be charged. ·Face towel: 200 yen · Bath towel: 300 yen · Bath towel/face towel set: 500 yen/1 set If you wish to do so, please be sure to contact us at least one day before your stay. Requests made on the day will not be accepted. Separate washing machine detergent is available, so please feel free to use it. Towel sets Regardless of the number of nights you stay, we will provide 1 towel and 1 bath towel for each guest. Additional towel sets can be requested at your own cost. Prices: 1 face towel(200JPY), 1 bath towel(300JPY), both(500JPY) Additional set/s of towels must be requested at least 1 day before your check in day. Please feel free to use the washing detergent provided in the accommodation. [Cleaning requests during your stay will be charged] ・Professional cleaning staff will clean the property before and after check-out. ・Cleaning during consecutive nights is a paid request. If you would like to do so, please send us a message the day before. Extra cleaning services Your accommodation will be professionally cleaned before you check in. If you need/wish to have your accommodation cleaned during your stay, you can request it at your own expense. Please let us know at least 1 day before the day you need/wish to have it done. Information regarding hot spring baths in Yufuin and Beppu accommodations 　Please adjust the valves near the hot spring bath to get your ideal temperature. 　Please half-close the red valve when the water is too hot, and open it a little if it’s not hot enough. Once the water has reached the right temperature, please bring the valve back to where it was before. 　※ Keep the hot spring water running at all times. This will prevent the hot spring water from getting too cold the following morning. ▶︎ Important notice! (For the outdoor baths in Yufuin and Beppu) ※ Please do not have an outdoor bath after 11 pm. Please respect the local residents. Please do not talk/sing in a loud voice in an outdoor bath. The NHK TV channel not available At the beginning of spring, Yufuin sees an increased number of open burning.
