Boaters paradise! Sleeps 6, right around the corner from boat ramp and easy access to fishing on clean boating canal! Quiet neighborhood just off of US 1, Fish cleaning table, boat dock, ice maker, enclosed outdoor shower (with cold and hot water), bikes, kayak, inflatable SUP, stocked kitchen, king Sleep Number Bed, queen beds, and washer/dryer. New landscaping that is growing quickly. 10 mins to Picnic Island, 7 miles from Looe Key, 27 miles from Key West, situated perfectly! We are an easy going family that bought Conch-Tails and Dreams for our enjoyment and wish to share our love for The Keys with you. We are close to both the Gulf side and the Atlantic with easy access to fishing. Boat ramp is right around the corner from the house. There is plenty of room to park a longer boat trailer. * Dock can accommodate up to a 34 foot boat but you will have to back down the short canal. * 60 feet of dockage in front of the house, 30 feet of dock. Canal is 30 feet wide. *Tile floors in living, kitchen and baths, wood in bedrooms. House is right at 1000 sq. ft and laid out nicely. We have wonderful neighbors who will add value to your stay! *Outdoor ice maker and refrigerator to keep your beer, fish and bait cold. Set up for fishing and laid back style, we hope you feel comfortable inside and out. Bicycles, kayak, a paddle board are available. We love our boating, fishing, diving, snorkeling and lobstering guests because that's where our heart is! *New Internet service provider (Xfinity) as of August 2021, Wi-Fi is available but we always suggest bringing your own hotspot (we work from home when here in the Keys but it's the Keys and it isn't always the greatest internet service so I keep a personal hotspot as well. *This is an old house, we are constantly upgrading and working to improve it every time we are here, it isn't perfect but it's an amazing little house and we love and appreciate it so much, most of our guests do as well. So much so, we have multiple repeat guests who are always excited to see what we have improved upon next!! New crown molding in the master, fresh paint, new commissioned artwork, new dock paint, new dock chairs, jet ski dock coming!! There are 3 bikes available to use, a 3 person kayak as well as a paddle board. Located on Little Torch Key, Our neighborhood is quiet, small and a quick turn off US 1. Three miles from Winn Dixie, Looe Key Dive shop, gas, coffee shops and restaurants. Kiki's Sandbar is one street over for Happy Hour by land or sea! Boondocks is 3 miles down the road with excellent food and happy hour. This is a residential neighborhood, people live and work here full time. Secluded but right off US 1. We have a bike lane on the main road out of the neighborhood that connects directly to US 1 which also has a bike lane. There is plenty of room to park at the house and can accommodate a boat trailer and 3 cars easily. If you are looking to fish, hike, be on the water and enjoy the outdoors and easy access boating, this is the house for you. Plenty of room for parking your boat trailer and cars, fish cleaning station, plenty of tropical landscaping, outdoor chairs/seating and an outdoor bar.
