Loud gatherings, parties, and events are not permitted. 4. 👕 No Hanging of Clothes on the Balcony Kindly use the drying rack provided inside the unit, if needed. 5. 🧹 Cleanliness & Garbage Disposal Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness inside the unit. Please dispose of your garbage daily at the designated Garbage Area, especially before bedtime, to avoid attracting insects. 6. 🛂 Registered Guests Only Only guests who are duly registered or authorized are allowed entry into the unit and the building. 7. 🚫 Do Not Remove Unit Items Please do not take any items (towels, utensils, appliances, etc.) outside of the unit or property. 8. 🛏 Linens & Towels • We provide 1 set of linens and 1 towel per guest. • For stays of more than 4 days, fresh towels will be provided. • Cleaning service is available upon request for ₱400. 9. ⚡ Appliance Use Please turn off all appliances and lights when not in use or when leaving the unit. 10. 🏷 Lost Elevator Card A fee of ₱2,000 will be charged for lost elevator access cards.
