The OVO Network team’s opinion - Le Grand Capricia is a four-bedroom duplex apartment for eight, with three bath/shower rooms and a spa area with a whirlpool bath and a sauna. If you want to be in the centre of all the action, you'll struggle to find a better location – this apartment has a terrace and a balcony, which between them share views of the lifts, the ski school and the Champ Giguet, which is the venue for many of La Clusaz's events in the summer and winter. All the shops, bars and restaurants are just a short walk away. The apartment takes up the top two floors of this building. On the ground floor (shared with Le Petit Capricia), Le Grand Capricia has a garage (for one car or two small cars) with a ski room, a gym and the stairs to the first floor. There's a small spa area on the living floor, with a whirlpool bath and a sauna where you can relax at the end of the day. There's also a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a separate WC. Three more bedrooms can be found on the top floor – two double rooms, one with a shower and washbasin and another with a desk. There's also a twin room, a shower room and a separate WC. Headroom is limited on this floor as the rooms are tucked under the eaves. As well as the garage, there is space to park two other cars outside the apartment. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. Please note that 3 of the bedrooms are located under the eaves with low ceiling. The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for up to 14 days after departure.
