Whether you want to put your feet up and relax with Netflix, play games and catch up with friends, or use the fully equipped kitchen the place has you covered. 1 mile to beach, 2.5 miles to Southend-On-Sea Esplanade, 200 yards to local shops including restaurants, convenience stores & supermarket. We offer complimentary items to make your stay an easier one. The space The accommodation offers clean & freshly decorated surroundings. This is a first floor maisonette flat so shall require climbing one flight of stairs. Our lounge area has a 42" smart TV with high speed WIFI, Netflix & all iPlayer's a sofa & a dining table for you to enjoy your meals by the window which is great in the summer months. There are a few board games to keep you entertained. With compliments we provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, washing powder, snacks, pods for the coffee machine, tea, ground coffee (including decaf coffee) and coffee whitener. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, an air fryer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. Seasonings, oil & salt & pepper can be found in the cupboards. The main bedroom is cosy, it has a double bed with lots of pillows to choose from and a comfortable memory foam mattress. Chest of drawers, two mirrors & a place to hang your clothes. The spare single bedroom is great for the extra guest or 1 child & leads onto a small balcony to take in the quiet surroundings of the area. Although we welcome children please be aware we do not have a safety gate at the top of the stairs. Our separate workspace which is located in the hallway has a desk with some essentials paper/pens to give you that separate space for any work you may have to catch up on. We have a washing machine available we also provide washing powder for your use to take away the strains of having to worry about any essentials. We hope you enjoy your stay, we take great pride in the cleanliness of the space & hope you feel at home! Guest access You enter the property through a shared entrance door using the key-safe. You will then use a unique code to enter the main flat door inside. Other things to note Our place welcomes all whether your needing somewhere for leisure, business or even if you need somewhere to stay whilst your renovating your home. If you have any questions at all before booking we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have we want to give you the best experience while visiting in Southend.
