For the non-snowy months, enjoy the outdoor heated pool, gas fire pit, grill, tennis courts & hiking trails up the mountain as well as other great local activities, lakes and festivals near by. In the winter, take the shuttle 1 mile to the mountain base lodge and take the private ski trail back home. The space Welcome to our completely renovated farmhouse style condo/townhouse at Mount Snow's Bear Crossing in beautiful and convenient southern VT. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, a sleep loft (1 twin bed, full sleep sofa & additional twin mattress on floor for extra guest) and living room with L shaped sofa and air mattress to accommodate up to 8 guests. There are 2 full bathrooms on the first level and an additional half bath on the 2nd level. The unit has a wood burning fireplace (wood delivered to your door), mud room, new kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer, brand new countertops, fully equipped kitchen, small deck with gas grill (spring/summer/fall), fresh linens and towels, 2 smart TVs (SlingTV, Showtime, CBS All Access, Netflix & more), board games and everything you need to have a great stay on the mountain. Bear Crossing features a ski down trail (weather permitting) maintained by Mount Snow (10 min walk to the unit from trail), a club room with pool table, table tennis, fireplace, outdoor gas fire pit and a gym with basic equipment. In the summer, there is a heated outdoor pool and Har-Tru Tennis Courts. Guest access Everything but the owner's closet. Other things to note MORE THAN 8 GUESTS? My second unit (Bear's Den) is the townhome next door with the same layout and can accommodate up to 14 between the two units. I also have a 5 Bedroom home w/ Hot Tub known as "Forest Lane" 1.5 miles down the road. Message me to inquire if you have a big group or another party who also wants to book on their own. For A/C, I have 1 portable unit in the kitchen. There is no a/c in the two bedrooms downstairs, but they usually stay fairly cool at night. The unit keeps the kitchen and living room cool and provides some relief to the sleep loft which is the hottest area of the home. Even in the summer, vt nights typically get down to the 50s f, but there are typically 5-10 night which can be higher. **An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for stays of 1 month or longer.
