The central location offers easy access to the Royal Palace, the train station and the main urban roads, all of which can be reached in just over ten minutes on foot. The apartment is surrounded by public bodies and a variety of services. Guests can take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen, which also serves as a relaxation area and common space for breakfast, served with pre-packaged products in accordance with regulations. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and cereal dispenser, ensuring every comfort. Safety is a priority, with two fire extinguishers and emergency lights in both the rooms and common areas, ensuring a quiet and safe stay for all guests. Other things to note The Municipality of Caserta applies a tourist tax of €1.50 per day, per person, up to a maximum of 10 nights. The aforementioned tax will be paid by the guest, in cash, directly upon arrival at the property, upon issue of a specific receipt. The following are exempt from the aforementioned tax: 1) minors under the age of fourteen; 2) residents of the Municipality of Caserta; 3) persons assisting patients admitted to local health facilities, at the rate of 1 companion per patient; 4) personnel of the Armed Forces, State Police and Fire Brigade, for stays related to service needs; 5) disabled persons with a degree of disability of more than 75% with their carer.
