New Year's Eve 2024 still available. Privileged location 150 steps from Ponta Verde beach on Rua do Totem Eu amo Maceió, close to the best bars and restaurants. We will be available to assist with support. The space very close to the Pajuçara Natural Pools, on the corner of the Ponta Verde Lighthouse. Across the street is one of the best laundromats in Maceió. Women's gym in front of the apartment. Other things to note We do not have availability for a parking space in the garage.
