Direct access to the terrace - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, high chair. Outside: - A 17 m² terrace with furniture (1 table, 4 chairs and 2 armchairs) to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park.
