Home in Perdika

This is a newly renovated, peaceful, and stylish maisonette, set in a serene seaside location, only a stone's throw away from the centre of the beautiful Perdika village. You can directly jump in the blue waters, taking a 5-minute walk from the house or enjoy the sandy beach of Moni, crossing with the boat from the marina, on this secret islet covered in rich vegetation. In Perdika, you can explore seaside strolls and discover picturesque tavernas and cafes with local delicacies. The space You may park your car or vehicle right outside the house. Entering the house, you access the living room, a well lit area with natural daylight and ample seating space. The dinner area, can host up to six people and is well connected to a fully equipped kitchen. From the Kitchen window one can enjoy the magnificent and serene view of Perdika’s cove. Nearby the kitchen guests can access the master bathroom, featuring a shower cabin, toilet and basin. Shampoo, body wash, bathroom amenities and fresh towels are provided to our guests. The two bedrooms are located upstairs, allowing our guests to relax in a more isolated and quiet space should they wish to, whilst friends or family can enjoy the living room area downstairs. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed (large single bed size) for the fifth person. The master bedroom offers Queen size bed, a TV, ample storage space with wardrobes and drawers, as well as a quiet balcony with view. The second bedroom, offers a double bed as well and unobstructed view of the sea and landscape. The second bathroom upstairs is rightly accessible from both bedrooms, so one can visit without having to use the stairs. Just outside the living rooms, there is a beautifully decorated patio, with a seating area for four people, where our guests can enjoy the mild summer breeze and the serene landscape. Note: We work with professional cleaners that sanitizes and apply deep cleaning to the house after each guest departs. Guest access All spaces of the property are accessible and solely used by the Airbnb guests. Just beside the property there is parking space for guests.
