"La Tour", Cozy, quiet accommodation

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. It is located in a historic village, classified as a French heritage site. There are departures for walks, two castles and a beautiful communal garden. The village is located by the Rhône (the Via Rhôna is 5 min away). The accommodation is 15 minutes from the Centrale du Bugey, ideal for business trips. You will find all amenities in the town of Lagnieu, 5 minutes away by car, and Ambérieu en Bugey, 15 minutes away. The space A little more detail... For the sleeping area: you will find in the upstairs bedroom two double beds (140 x 190) as well as a single mezzanine, and in the living room a sofa bed, so the accommodation has the possibility to accommodate up to 7 guests. The bedding is new, the sofa too. The kitchen is fully equipped and new (oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and toaster, hob, etc.) + Nespresso coffee machine! There is an extendable console (extensions x2), with folding chairs, to meet all together around a good table. In the living room you will find the sofa bed, coffee table, and flat screen (SFR TV) In the bathroom you will find a shower, a cabinet and its sink as well as a hanging toilet. You'll also have a washing machine, dishwasher, and ironing board and iron. Linens, sheets and towels are provided. For the cleaning part, we ask our guests to do a "clean" of the dishes and storage, the cleaning fee is charged €50. You can drop off dirty linens in a corner of the house. All you have to do is put your bags down, enjoy the calm, the beauty of the village and its surroundings. The place is ideal for a little peace and quiet on a weekend, a week, or for a business trip.
