At the Schwanenteich you can relax well and even rent some small boats. :-) One parking space in the garage of the house is included free of charge (limited to 5.00 m length, 1.90 m width, 1.50 m height and 2000 kg). Street parking is available and free of charge around the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a Nuki system. Both the front door and the apartment door can be opened digitally. I prepare the check-in so that you can simply press the bell and will be automatically let in. At the front door, there is an input field. After entering the code, the door opens automatically. At check-in, you can test the Nuki system. If you don't like it, normal keys are kept upstairs in the apartment. You are flexible and use what you like better. Attention: an online check-in will be requested prior to arrival. Other things to note The apartment is newly modernized and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Please be so kind and handle the inventory with care, especially the real wood parquet & the sofa. Hopefully, many guests after you can also enjoy it. If you arrive in Zwickau before 4 PM, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the apartment.
