Area with an excellent location, parks, transportation, markets and hospitals. The space It is a very quiet and relaxed place, eclectic style and that is sought to keep calm and clean. Everything can be used as long as it is left in the place it was found and clean. Guest access The guest has access to the room, the bed is simple but fits two people, there is an option for an additional stay in an armchair or mattresses on the floor. Bathroom with hot water (max 10min), We do not offer soap, shampoo, or towel unless it is an advance request. Hairdryer and iron available. There is no cable TV. Wi-Fi service works throughout the house. Common areas: Kitchen, living room and dining room. Laundry area with private shelves. Use of the kitchen should be short and responsible (all utensils are available but must be washed and left in the dish rack after use). The guest has access to keys, check-in time starts at 9 am, check-out no later than 8 pm. The smoking area is outside in the front yard. The room must be left closed during the day to prevent pets from entering, and cleaning is the user's responsibility during their stay. During your stay The house has pets, a dog and a kitten, they are very friendly and quiet. I live in this area of the house, the administrator and I have constant visits, there may be noise sometimes until late, however there is always consideration for the users. There may be smoke. More people live in the rest of the house, but it is a private area that should not be accessed and is completely isolated. Courtesy rules such as greetings should always be displayed.
