Located in a quiet area at the back of our property, we offer 4 superb, fully renovated studios that combine modern comfort and serenity. You will be staying just 13 minutes from downtown Poitiers and 20 minutes from Futuroscope, the perfect compromise between the tranquility of nature and proximity to points of interest! Whether you're coming for a business trip, a romantic getaway, or a family vacation, each space has been designed to make you feel at home. The space Easy and secure parking: Free parking spaces are at your full disposal directly inside the enclosed courtyard of the house. Total independence: Each studio has its own private entrance, guaranteeing you absolute freedom throughout your stay. Private outdoor area: Enjoy the sunny days thanks to your small private terrace, ideal for a morning coffee or an alfresco dinner, as well as our private pool (shared by the owners and the 4 B&B accommodations). The pool is accessible from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with, of course, respect for the rules of the neighborhood.
