This 4.5 bedroom villa offers a luxurious yet comfortable space, ideal for a family holiday, intimate gathering or an escape from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai. Whether you are planning a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, Villa Cozy Cove offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury and natural beauty. The space Property Layout: Ground plus 1 Bedrooms: - The villa comprises 4.5 bedrooms.  - Two bedrooms are on the ground floor (both en-suite) and three bedrooms are on the first floor (Two are en-suite). - Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning for your comfort. - You'll find a king-sized bed in each bedroom, and if needed, extra mattresses can be provided upon request. - The Glass Bedroom is compact and consists a queen size bed. Bathroom is not attached. Living Room: -The spacious living room provides comfortable sofa seating for up to 8 individuals. Additionally, you'll find a generous 6-seater dining table and a television within this inviting space. - There is a common bathroom in the living room. Bathrooms: -The villa features 5 bathrooms, each attached to 4 bedrooms and one common bathroom for your convenience. -Basic toiletries are thoughtfully provided, though please note that towels are not included. -Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms for hot water supply. Kitchen & Meals: - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas burner & kettle. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. - We have in-house meal plans. Should you require to book it, kindly let us know in advance. This shall be subject to availability of our chefs. Rates are displayed under meals tab on the website. Outdoor Area: - Step outside to discover an outdoor gazebo (12x12 feet) with a cozy seating area, where you can relax and soak in the surroundings. Additionally, you can take a dip in the pool, all while enjoying a mesmerizing ocean view. Additional Amenities: - A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). - Complimentary WiFi access is provided. - Music Speakers available for your entertainment. - Mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests if needed. - Carrom board, badminton, table tennis available.  - Barbeque facility is available at additional charges.        - 1 car parking is available inside the property. Additionally cars can also be parked outside the property at the guest risk. Other Important Information: - Property location is peaceful location. - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - Please note that the props used in the images are exclusively for staging and photographic purposes. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 10000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests. True Facts: - Secured Parking Space for 1 car. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 10 pm. - Swiggy & Zomato - Non-Operational.  - Loud music is not permitted post 10pm. Other things to note Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. - During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges. - We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited. - Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction. - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. - The pool timings are from 10am till 10pm. It is mandatory to wear swimming costume preferabbly nylon clothes in the swimming pool. - We have an inverter backup that can only run lights and fans for 1.5 to 2 hours under regular use in the event of an electrical blackout. Please be aware that no heating or cooling appliance device shall operate. If the power outage persists, EKOSTAY will provide a free backup generator for one hour that can only power three air conditioners. If the outage persists, guests will be responsible for paying fees for up to 5 hours at a rate of INR 750 per hour. If the outage persists even after this, EKOSTAY will pay for that day's worth of backup. - Caretaker is available at the property from 9am till 9pm. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool. - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. - The management's decisions are final and binding. - A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. - Parking available exclusively for private vehicles. We cannot guarantee parking for commercial vehicles, travelers, or buses. -Guest cannot bring their own chef or maharaj at the property.
