True foot in the sand

A large and comfortable property located in a building on the sand strip, with direct access to the beach. Very close is the submarine outfall, a place where there are a number of activities such as a bike path, skate park, skating rink, a deck to watch the sea and the surfers, a wonderful view. There is bike rental on site, and many other activities. On the opposite side is the Asa delta hill, where a number of people paraglide. The space privileged location, there is a bakery, butcheries, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pub, ice cream parlors and beach shops, Habib's, among others, close to the site.
