The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room and 2 comfortable balconies. “More than a stay: an experience to remember.” Guest access Guest access BEDROOMS The rooms are equipped with luxurious EXTRA LARGE double beds (size: 180cm x 200cm) SMART TV with Netflix, nightstands, soft lighting, space to store your clothes and an armchair Bed sheets and towels are provided free of charge. LIVING ROOM As the photos can show, we have a living room with attention to the smallest details that characterize the entire apartment, making it a 5-STAR home. Equipped with 1 sofa bed, a large round table where you can organize dinner with friends or family and a 55-inch SMART TV, 1 comfortable armchair and soft lighting. BATH HOUSE Finely renovated, the apartment has 1 beautiful bathroom consisting of a very large shower, sink and bidet. We provide free toiletries, hairdryer, toilet paper, bath mats and towels. Bathroom amenities include shampoo and body soap. CLEANLINESS We clean the apartment before check-in, paying particular attention to sanitizing with special products! INTERNET Fast and free WiFi with repeater for the entire house equipped with ALEXA. AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING The apartment is cool in summer and warm in winter. Equipped with air conditioners and heating. There is also a thermostat to adjust the heating. As a result, you will be comfortable whatever your expectations.
