The space Our charming, revitalized old building has recently been completely renovated and therefore offers modern living with feel-good character. High spaces, modern high quality furnishings in boho/Scandinavian style, and the use of natural materials create immediate well-being. There is 1 bedroom with king size double bed and 1 pull-out sofa bed available in the spacious living room. In addition to a new, fully equipped kitchen, the property offers 2 bathrooms. Another highlight is the private free parking right outside the door. Guest access Check-in is contactless and independent. Free parking is located at the rear of the building. From here, the key can also be removed from the key box. Opposite the elevator is the front door through which you enter the building. The Cozy.Living apartment is located on the second floor on the left. Other things to note The place is fully equipped. Towels, linens, shower gel, cooking utensils, etc. are available to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Guests will receive an information folder before arrival with important details from check-in to recommendations to check-out. Please note: the overnight stay tax is a statutory fee payable by guests to the accommodation establishment. The amount is €2.50 per person per night.
