The space 🛏️ On the upper floor, two bedrooms, with carpet, and heaters that ensure comfort on cold nights: Double bedroom with charming balcony and forest view Second bedroom ideal for children or other adults, with two single beds and a bunk bed 🚿 The bathroom is complete, with bidet and water heating, plus a toilet on the ground floor for greater practicality. 🛋️ The living room is cozy, with air conditioning and TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. 🍽️ The American kitchen is fully stocked with the utensils needed to prepare family meals. Some important details for your comfort: • 🚗 Parking: 1 free space available on-site. • 🔥 wood-burning stove in the living room: perfect for making cold days even more pleasant. (We do not provide firewood.) • 🌡️ Room heating: the heaters are electric. For safety reasons, do not leave them on when you are away or for long periods. Turn on to heat the room, keep the bedroom doors closed, and as soon as it's pleasant, turn off. This ensures greater thermal comfort. • ❄️ Air conditioning: available in the living room, for your well-being at any time of the year. 🕒 Check-in and check-out: Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out until 11 a.m., both in person, upon prior notice of the time. Since I don't live in the condominium, it's important to arrange in advance.
