You get a space with loads of style and state of the art technology features like high speed wifi, RING alarm/exterior camera monitoring system, and all the creature comforts of home while on vacation. Good things come in small packages...this little house has what the owners like to call an “ unconventional beach house” vibe. The house offers unique features like loft beds, hand poured concrete floors and vaulted ceiling‘s made of clear corrugated roofing covered with sailing fabric. The sailing fabric limits direct UV rays into the space while allowing natural light to filter into the main living area, giving you the feeling of being outside while indoors. Natural colors and textures related to earth, sand, and sky are highlighted throughout the house. NOTE: Hand poured natural concrete floors have variations of shades, color and texture throughout. Fine ‘hairline” veins, and darker spots of color are all a natural part of this unique type of flooring. Please note that there is a locked storage bodega in the rear of the house and a locked utility room inside the property. Dos Toros is managed by a local team of professionals and the property owners are also available for guests that may have questions before and during their stay. Any additional vehicles must me parked outside the property front gate. ~ Parking inside the front gate is ONLY permitted just inside the enter gate but not past the no parking sign. There is NO PARKING ON EITHER SIDE OF THE HOUSE AT ANYTIME. Doing so will result in an immediate request to vacate the property.
