Or consult with the HOST about contact with a private/chartered boat (without the need for a transport box for PETS) - WATER - Our WATER comes straight from the spring, of excellent quality. No need to bring extra drinking water - FOOD: We are a preferably vegetarian place. AVOID handling meat in the space. Preferably fish and seafood or ready-made foods. - SUPERMARKETS: Costa da Lagoa has no supermarkets. If you want to cook in the house, it is necessary to bring your preferred foods and your favorite drinks. Delivery is possible. Consult the hosts. - PHARMACY: Costa da Lagoa has no pharmacy. We have a Public Health Center. - THE HOUSE OFFERS: Natural spring water, salt, sugar, coffee, teas, oil, spices; basic hygiene products: soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, complete bed and bath linens including blankets, quilts and pillows, first aid kit. PLEASE BRING MOSQUITO REPELLENT and tablets/refills for electrical appliances. - Located at POINT 7 of Costa da Lagoa. After landing on the dock, you must walk along the trail for 10 minutes to reach the house. ACCESS COMMENT VIA PUBLIC OR PRIVATE BOAT OR VIA TRAIL. - LUGGAGE: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LUGGAGE. The service fee will be charged extra. - GARBAGE SORTING Dry/recyclable, organic and general waste: - recyclable garbage should be stored in available garbage bags under the kitchen sink counter and left in the service area of the house, as collection is only on Wednesdays. - organic garbage (fruit peels, vegetables and salads) should be deposited in our earthworm bin next to the house. It is very practical and easy to access. - general waste must be collected by the guest and taken to the containers located at the bottom of the trail at point 7, next to the wall, to the right, in front of the loading and unloading dock. - VISITS: Visits are not allowed without prior authorization. In case of overnight stay, an extra fee per day per person will be charged. - MAINS VOLTAGE: Mains voltage is 200V - NATURAL POOL: - The pool will be available only when we have a good level of water in the groundwater table and in the water source, with the authorization of the host. - CHECK-OUT: by 12 p.m. BEFORE LEAVING - Organize the space, wash your dishes - Close all windows - Take your trash to the containers next to the Point 7 wharf. You are responsible for your waste. - Close the door and leave the key inside the door and let the host know that you're leaving. - RESPECT: Costa da Lagoa is a quiet community, with friendly and generous people and surrounded by nature and animals. It is located between the waters of Lagoa da Conceição and the Atlantic Forest, so it is normal to see various insects and mosquitoes, visits from marmosets and capuchin monkeys, blue jays and toucans. Bring your repellent and respect nature and animals. Respect the local community, neighbors, quiet hours, and follow the watercraft safety instructions on the boat ride.
