Description
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. I have studied horticulture. The house is designed to help people connect with nature. It is well located for: The Australian Open, the MCG, Flemington racecourse, The Australian Grand Prix and the Zoo. The nearby villages of Yarraville, Seddon and Footscray offer a variety of dining options from cafés to fine dining. The house is close to public transport being only 5 stops from Flinders Street Station. The space The house is heritage out the front and modern out the back. The original house was built in 1906. It was renovated in 2020. So the house has a wonderful heritage facade out the front in keeping with the rest of the local area and many parts of Melbourne. It is also modern out the back so that one can feel connected with the outdoors via a fairly well-designed garden. The garden is Australian out the front and "productive" out the back. This means that the trees and plants out the front look and feel like Australia and the local area, while the back contains productive fruit trees, grape vines and a vegetable garden. One can enjoy the garden either by sitting on the front porch or by sitting on the back deck. Guest access Entry to the house is in the normal manner for most houses - via the front door! The key is in a lock box. There is a security alarm for guest use. Other things to note The building sits on 80 sq metres. The total land area is 230 sq metres.
