This level of the tower also provides great accessibility to other facilities of the condo, you will just need to walk through our 6th floor lobby and you can already enjoy the outdoor amenities of the building. If you need to go down and access other establishments below or near our tower, you won't need to wait for too long for the elevator, since amenities level is the first level above the common floors of Jazz Residences. NITO is fully-airconditioned which makes the ambience extra cool and it is fully-connected to the fast internet through Skyfiber Wi-Fi. The Bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable and aesthetically styled queen-size bed, duvet, and lots of pillows from Mandaue (A Popular Filipino Bedfoam Maker) for a rejuvenating sleep. The aesthetic style used on the look of the bedroom is inspired by Filipino craftsmanship and designs, so in this area you'll see the Nito Chandelier, the Nito Lamps and Native Weave Patterns. The 40" TV combined with Xiaomi Smart Google TV Box is just in front of the bed, so you can have a very relaxed experience of watching your shows and movies from the installed Netflix, Disney+(Marvel, Pixar, Star Wars, Star Movies, etc) and YouTube apps. The Kitchenette is provided with a microwave oven, mini-fridge, electric stove with air exhaust, electric kettle, rice cooker, pans, utensils and cutleries; just in case you would like to bring and prepare your own food in the unit. (Just DO NOT bring or cook strong-smelling food or spices inside the unit; and always wash your dishes and dry it before putting inside the cupboard) The Mini Coffee Corner is equipped with a very convenient Nespresso Machine that is able to quickly extract high quality gourmet espressos every single time, so if you love espresso-based coffees and you would like to be your own barista any time of the day you should stay here. The Bathroom is equipped with shower, shower heater, toilet with bidet, bath towels, nature-scented reed diffuser, eucalyptus toilet drops and shower essentials (Please remember to bring your own Dental Essentials like Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Mouthwash and Dental Floss). The Shampoo, Body Wash and Hand Wash are brands that we have selected with sustainability in mind as our simple way of taking care of the environment while giving you a very refreshing bath experience. Makati is a town that is also known for its sustainability efforts. In this district of the Philippines when you purchase from major establishments they would pack with the classic paper bags, no more plastic bags; even our trash bags here are biodegradable. The Multipurpose Room includes a closet with a Rattan Laundry Basket inside and Steam Iron as well, a Dresser with Mirror with a Hair Dryer on it, a Daybed with some throws when you want a Siesta (a short nap in the afternoon), and a cafe-inspired Dining Set for two with a real Fortune Plant on the side. The Balcony is simple and quite white which helps you feel more calm and peaceful. We have provided there white bar chairs, a petite white hanging table and real plants, so you can enjoy your cup of coffee or tea in the morning, enjoy the lush greenery around, the fresh air and the view. This place called NITO represents simplicity, straightforward functionality, sustainability for a convenient and comfortable stay in a Modern Filipino Way. Other things to note Please read all the pointers in the HOUSE RULES before booking Nito. Guests must submit a soft copy of their Government-issued IDs to me at least 1 day before their Arrival Date. Guests needs to register at the Concierge of the Condo and surrender 1 Government-issued ID (Do not surrender there your Passport please) The Swimming Pool can be accessed with a fee to be settled at the Jazz Admin Office 2nd Floor. Condo Admin is only open half day every Saturday and close every Sunday and Public Holiday. Please let me know in advance if you're planning to use the pool during your stay. The Rates are PHP150 on regular days and PHP300 on Public Holidays. The Swimming Pool is closed every Monday. If you're planning to bring your car, there is an outdoor parking area at the mini mall below the condo. The parking rate is P60 for the first 2 hours, additional P20 for succeeding hours and P300 for overnight charge on top of the total computed parking fee.
