This is my perfect getaway whenever I want to take a break in SJ from work in my guava farm because I enjoy my love for Nature and tranquility. The space Relaxing and quiet atmosphere in this spacious 2B/1.5B/2level townhouse enclosed in a safe, luxurious garden in the middle of Hato Rey financial district and close to the University of Puerto Rico at Rio Piedras, with swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts. You will also have a safe, private parking space. This lovely hideaway is just 5 to 10 min away from Old San Juan, great malls, various beaches and the Intl. airport. Also you are 6 min from the Medical Center and Cardiovascular Hospital located in the UPR Medical Science Campus. And crossing the street or one block away you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants and fast foods, a bakery and the Train (SJ Metro). Guest access The spacious non-smoking two-level townhouse is located in a restricted area. The two bedrooms in the second level have AC, table and chairs, closets, and one full size bed with sheets and pillows and one full-size futon with sheets and pillows, respectively. The apartment has a half-bathroom in the first floor and a full bathroom in the second floor with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player, laptop friendly workplace, WIFI and full kitchen (has a stove with oven, refrigerator, coffeemaker, blender, cooking and eating utensils and a dining counter. Suitable for preparing any type of food. There is no microwave. The patio is sunny, green, intimate and, at night, full of the sweet sounds of the coquís (tiny native frogs) populating the plants. The complex includes the use of a pool until 8pm and tennis/volleyball courts, washer/dryer in laundry area and one assigned parking space. You will receive a special key to access the pool and courts and street gates.
