This is part of the natural and urban environment of the area and is beyond our control, but we appreciate your understanding. 🧹 Cleaning & Apartment Care Each apartment is professionally cleaned after every stay. We kindly ask guests to leave the unit tidy upon checkout. Arrival Cleaning Issue: If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for our cleaning team to return within 6 hours. Reporting Window: Any cleaning concerns must be reported within 6 hours of check-in, and guests must allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Refusal of Remedy: If guests refuse a cleaning solution, no refund will be provided.
